Your Feedback will Help Us Surpass Expectation
To learn how you feel regarding the current Porsche After Sales Service and your recommendations, Porsche China conducts a ‘Service Satisfaction Survey’ to ensure we are doing what it takes to meet or exceed your expectation.
Within 30 days of your completion of service at Porsche Centre Hong Kong & Macau, Porsche China may contact you and ask you to rate your after sales experience in terms of their process, professionalism and service attitude etc.
- Customers are selected at random to participate in the survey in two ways: online questionnaire or phone survey. Either way, the whole process will take no more than 5 minutes.
- You only need to rate each question, or provide comments based on your recent Porsche service experience. Your submission will be anonymous.
- It you require Porsche Centre Hong Kong and Macau to follow up with you after the survey, we will arrange a staff member to contact you.
